World Olympos Health

We built the digital side of a hair transplant centre based in Fethiye: a multilingual, multi-currency site, a free online hair analysis flow the candidate walks through with their own photos, a CMS the centre runs itself, and a CRM that tracks every enquiry.

Home page: the centre's scope of care, partner clinics and a direct route into the free consultation.
The hair transplant page: techniques, outcome indicators, the surgeon and scores from independent platforms.
The free online analysis: a step by step form for the candidate, landing as a CRM record.
Transparent pricing: all inclusive packages with their contents, priced in the visitor's own currency.

The Challenge

In hair restoration the patient decides from abroad and the process starts with a quote. The site had to explain the techniques comparably (Sapphire FUE, DHI, micro sapphire, needle free anaesthesia), show prices transparently in the visitor's own currency, and carry the candidate through a short analysis form into somewhere the centre could follow up.

The Approach

  1. // 01A step by step free online hair analysis was developed: gender, hair condition, previous operations and photo upload bring the candidate into assessment, with progress saved along the way.
  2. // 02Technique pages were built, with Sapphire FUE, DHI, micro sapphire and needle free anaesthesia each explained and set side by side in a comparison.
  3. // 03Transparent pricing was designed: all inclusive packages listed with graft counts and contents, shown in the visitor's own currency.
  4. // 04Multilingual content and currency selection were unified in one layer, so copy, pricing and contact details follow the language.
  5. // 05Content management was handed to the centre: pages, techniques, blog and before and after cases run from the panel.
  6. // 06Enquiries are listed with their status in the CRM, tracking the patient journey from first contact to the operation.
