GET4S

For a TÜRSAB licensed transfer and tour operator we built the booking infrastructure that prices instantly, the multilingual site around it, and the search visibility that feeds it. The guest picks a route, sees the price at once and pays online.

Home page: a search box that returns a fixed price as soon as the route is chosen.
The booking flow: route and date, vehicle, details and payment on a single track.
Fleet page: vehicle classes listed side by side with capacity, luggage and price.
Tours: boat trips and excursions running on the same booking flow as the transfers.

The Challenge

Every route between six airports and dozens of destinations carries a price that shifts with vehicle class, party size and season. All of it had to reach the guest on one screen, in five languages, in seconds. Bookings arrive at midnight, flights are delayed and drivers need assigning, so a site alone would never have worked without an operations system behind it.

The Approach

  1. // 01A route based pricing engine was built, modelling zones, routes, vehicle classes, season rules, extras and discount codes separately so a price resolves instantly.
  2. // 02An end to end booking and online payment flow was developed, with no card details stored on the site and payments and invoices tied to the reservation.
  3. // 03Flight tracking was integrated: arrival times follow the flight number, so the meet and greet shifts with the delay.
  4. // 04An operations panel was written: bookings, calendar, vehicle and driver assignment, driver events, partner and commission tracking, finance records and reports.
  5. // 05The demand side was automated: an AI assistant, chat sessions, lead capture and event tracking joined into one flow.
  6. // 06The site was opened in five languages (English, Dutch, German, Turkish, Russian) with region, route and tour pages shaped by search intent, plus llms.txt and a GEO layer.
  7. // 07Tours and external channel bookings feed the same system, and price and content updates stay with the team.
