Contact form

When you send the form, your name, email address, message and the page language are saved to our database, along with your company, phone and the services you are interested in if you chose to fill them in. Requests that arrive through the channels we keep open for AI assistants are saved the same way. The name of an application registered on that channel, and its contact details if given, are also stored.

We use this information only to reply to you and discuss your project. We do not sell it or use it for advertising or bulk email.

Cookies and measurement

The site has no advertising cookies and no visitor analytics. A technical language cookie is created when pages open and is not used to track you. Our team also has session and security cookies when signing in to the admin panel and the planner.

To prevent abuse, your IP address is used for rate limiting on form, API and sign-in requests and is held temporarily in server memory. For failed sign-in attempts to the planner, a hash of the IP address is stored for about 24 hours. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.

Social media planner (Onore Planner)

Onore Planner is a private, password-protected tool at onore.io/social. It is used only to publish planned content on the Instagram accounts and YouTube channels we manage, and it is not open to the public.

For YouTube, the account owner grants, through Google, permission to upload videos and read the channel. This permission is used only to check that the right channel is connected, upload planned videos and read the status of those uploads. Comments, messages and channel analytics are not read.

For Instagram, with the account owner's permission through Meta, only planned content is published. Messages are not read.

What is stored: encrypted access and refresh tokens, encrypted upload session details, the account or channel ID and name, the videos and images to publish, titles and descriptions, and the ID and link of published content. This information is not used for anything other than publishing, and it is not sold or transferred to third parties.

YouTube API Services and Google data

Onore Planner uses YouTube API Services. The YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply to actions taken through this tool.

Onore Planner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke this permission at any time on your Google account's permissions page. Uploads stop when it is revoked. To have the stored token and channel information deleted, just write to us.

Service providers and retention

The site runs on Vercel, the database is on Neon and files are on Cloudflare R2. These companies' servers may be outside Turkey. Only the content needed for publishing is sent to Google and Meta.

We keep information for as long as it is needed and delete it if you ask. If we are legally required to keep a record, we will tell you.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Turkey's Law No. 6698, you can learn what information about you is handled and ask for incorrect information to be corrected or deleted. Just write to the address below.
