We built the digital side of an independent estate agent that has worked in Fethiye since 1980: a search layer across hundreds of listings by region, type, bedrooms and price, three languages, multiple currencies and a panel the office fills in itself.

IChallenge
A buyer searching from abroad wants to understand the region, the process and the costs before they even look at a listing. The site had to make hundreds of properties quickly scannable, price them in the buyer's own currency, and answer questions about citizenship, purchase costs and after sales service in the same place.
IIApproach
- 01
A listing search was built around region, property type, sale or rental, bedrooms, bathrooms and price range, narrowing instantly.
- 02
Listing detail pages were designed with a gallery, location, features and the price in four currencies.
- 03
The site was opened in three languages with multi-currency pricing throughout.
- 04
Guide content was produced: citizenship, purchase costs, viewing trips, health insurance and after sales service.
- 05
A panel was written so listings, the blog and guide content stay with the office, including photo upload, ordering and publication state.
✦Under the paint · 4 screens
Home page: a property search across region, type, bedrooms and price range.
Listing detail: gallery, features and the price in four currencies.
Guide content: the costs of buying property in Turkey, itemised.
Corporate pages: the agency's story and the scope of its service.
✦Team note
Adding a listing, changing a price and publishing content all stay with the office.
