Renkli Yetenek

We built the digital side of a preschool brand with two branches in Istanbul: a site carrying the brand's energy, a flow that leads parents to the enrolment form, a CMS the school runs itself, and a light CRM that tracks every application.

Home page: an opening in the brand's voice, with the intro film and a direct call to book a visit.
Workshops: ten separate tracks, each with its own card and content page.
The education model: the page parents read most.
Enrolment: one form for the parent, a CRM record behind it.

The Challenge

Choosing a preschool is a slow decision full of questions. The site had to explain the programmes and ten workshop tracks clearly, bring parents to a visit, and land every enquiry somewhere the school could follow up, all without the school ever needing a developer. Open forms also mean a flood of spam.

The Approach

  1. // 01The brand's colourful, playful language was carried into the interface, with programmes by age group and ten workshop tracks each given their own space.
  2. // 02An enrolment and appointment flow was built, protected by spam scoring, bot detection and rate limiting.
  3. // 03Content management was handed to the school: pages, blog, gallery, collections and announcements run from the panel, with images uploaded to its own object storage.
  4. // 04A light CRM lists incoming applications with their status, source and interaction history, so nothing gets lost.
  5. // 05An AI layer answers parent questions in chat and speeds up content production.
  6. // 06A preschool guide content network was produced (district pages, fee and selection guides) and interlinked by search intent.

"The school runs both its content and its applications from its own panel, and never has to come back to us for either."
