In Kayaköy near Fethiye, inside an abandoned stone village, a restored villa needed its entire digital side: design, booking engine, guest management and the regional guide content around it.

The Challenge
A single unit stay has to take direct bookings without paying agency commission, and that needs far more than a brochure site: an availability calendar, season pricing, minimum night rules, deposit and balance tracking, contracts, and calendar sync that stops a double booking with Airbnb.
The Approach
- // 01Date based availability and season pricing were built: nightly rates, minimum stays, early bird and long stay discounts, across four currencies.
- // 02The booking flow was written end to end: date selection, instant quote, add-ons such as transfer and breakfast, guest details and confirmation.
- // 03Payments run through iyzico, with deposit and balance tracked separately, a tokenised payment link sent to the guest, plus a bank transfer option and its notification flow.
- // 04Two way iCal sync blocks dates taken on external channels automatically and prevents double bookings.
- // 05The admin panel became a small business system: reservations, pricing calendar, income and expense accounting, cleaning and maintenance tasks, a contract generator, a form builder and role based access.
- // 06The site was opened in four languages (Turkish, English, German, Russian), with translations managed from the panel and database values overriding the static files.
- // 07Regional guide content was produced and interlinked, and a GEO layer made the villa and the region citable inside AI search.
