The Challenge

Accuracy is not negotiable here: prayer times are calculated with more than fifteen regional methods, and even a small drift in the qibla is unacceptable. At the same time the app had to work without a connection, stay light on battery and remind without nagging.

The Approach

1. // 01Location based timing was built with more than fifteen calculation methods, a live countdown to the next prayer and smart reminders before each one.
2. // 02A qibla compass working to magnetic accuracy was developed, correcting declination from the device sensors.
3. // 03The Quran module was built: 114 surahs, translation, verse by verse audio, tajweed support and Arabic type adjustable from 16 to 40pt.
4. // 04Khatm plans over 7, 14 and 30 days were added with daily progress and statistics.
5. // 05More than a hundred audio duas from the Hisn al-Muslim collection, morning and evening adhkar and a dua radio were made available offline.
6. // 06An AI guide called Mürşit answers questions from sourced knowledge, in a measured tone.
7. // 07Nine adhan voices, step by step learning plans and fully offline operation come together in one app.
